what is the return policy?
NICOLE: unopened? you've got 30 days to return them (must have original seal on original packaging). opened products? we can't accept returns due to hygiene standards, but if something's wrong, email us and we'll absolutely make it right.
damaged or defective? same thing - we've got you covered with a replacement or refund
sale items are final sale. no returns or exchanges.
where do you ship?
ZIZI: currently shipping within the US only! international besties - we hear you and appreciate patience as we work towards world domination
when will I get my order?
NICOLE: we process orders within 1-3 business days (if you order by 2pm EST, there's a good chance it ships same day).
then it's 3-7 business days for delivery via USPS or UPS - you'll get tracking info via email the second it ships so you can stalk your package like we all do!
how much does shipping cost?
ZIZI: orders $45+ ship free because we love you. but under $45? $5.95 flat rate - basically the cost of matcha to get self-care delivered to your door
can I cancel or change my order?
NICOLE: email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best! after that, it's probably already packed and on its way to you (we move fast around here)

what is sleep / mouth taping?
ZIZI: a simple nighttime ritual that gently encourages nasal breathing during sleep. nasal breathing offers numerous benefits, including filtering, warming, and humidifying air, boosting oxygen absorption, improving sleep, and lowering stress by activating the parasympathetic system, all because the nose is specifically designed to process air better than the mouth
is it safe?
NICOLE: yes, our mouth tape is thoughtfully designed with a thin, gentle and breathable fabric. not only is it safe, it’s better for you; according to Ann Kearney, a speech-language pathologist at Stanford University Medical Center who studies sleep and swallowing issues, "It's simple. Your nose is for breathing and your mouth is for eating"
can I use it every night?
ZIZI: yes - i never sleep without it now. i even bring it on flights, so i land well-rested and ready to go
for best results, use for at least 7 days in a row (should feel benefit after 2 weeks but biggest change comes after months of consistent usage)
will it feel uncomfortable?
NICOLE: no - our tape is lightweight, flexible, and easily removable. it may take a bit of getting used to, but we promise its worth it
can i use it with skincare?
ZIZI: YES - we tested a variety of adhesives extensively for compatibility with moisturizers, serums, balms and overnight lip products. our proprietary adhesive is vegan, hypoallergenic, latex-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free - the bare minimum really
is this a medical product?
NICOLE: it’s a wellness accessory - think skincare for your sleep habits, and many doctors & dentists recommend it
who shouldn’t use it?
ZIZI: avoid if you have nasal obstruction or breathing-related conditions without consulting a professional, or you’ve been drinking - hope you had a great night though!
